B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. Kenneth Hopper saying that he was able to listen to Mr. Duncan's songs more enjoyably after receiving the words to the songs in Hopper's January 29 letter. Inoue reports that an English translation of Inoue's view with respect to the influence of the CCS (Civil Communications Section) seminar to QC in Japan reached him from Mr. Nagasaki. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "22" on the top, right corner.
