Photograph of the exterior of the Government Palace (Palace of the President), Mexico City, Mexico, ca.1905-1910. This long three-story building is fronted by a row of small trees punctuated with street lights along the street. Several horse-drawn carriages are visible in the street. Pedestrians visible on the sidewalk and the wide avenue. An iron balustrade goes around all of the windows and doors on the top floor facing the street. A winged statue holding a wreath or ring is standing on the apex of the short edifice on the roof over the main entry. Mountains are visible in the far distance.
