According to shot log, footage includes interview with San Jose Police Officer David Harrison, who arrested African-American Charles Smith on a traffic charge on August 18th, and describes events leading up to resulting East San Jose "riots"; Titan 3-C rocket launch preparations at Cape Kennedy -- the boosters were built at United Technology Center's California rocket production site (silent, color).
