Photograph caption dated March 12, 1964 reads, "Just a bit of horse play. Two West Valley officers, Jack Orbus, left, and Bob Harvey, show how they spent the early morning hours today. They captured two horses galloping wild in Canoga Park." Two horses were found galloping along Fallbrook Ave. near Saticoy Street in Canoga Park in the early morning. West Valley officers Jack Orbus and Bob Harvey gave chase in their squad car, but it took them and a bevy of other officers an hour and a half to corral the horses. They happened to remember that fellow officer Sterling Labare lived in the neighborhood and took the horses over to his home at 21341 Chase St.
