Description: Announcement for the construction of a new Garden Grove Library building. Text reads, “FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY Proudly Announce The New Garden Grove Library To Be Erected”…an attached piece of paper covers the original text and reads…”at Euclid & Stanford” (the original, covered, text read, “On This Site.” The bottom of the announcement reads, “A joint Project City of Garden Grove and County of Orange.” The announcement was released in 1967 and the new building opened in November, 1969.
