Policemen in uniform with motorcycles at Courthouse steps, N. 1st St. on back : "on steps: Frank Hogan, Jack Dermoody & l to r: Rice, Tressler, Baird, McGrury, Pacheco, Sansone, Albert Shelton Margason, Byers, Mariotti" 2004-17-957 appears to be the same photo and the description contains full names: On steps at back: Frank Hogan, Jack Dermody. On cycles (l to r): Earl Rice, Edward Tressler, William Baird, Warren McGrury, Capt. John Pacheco, John Sansone, A. S. Margason, Robert Byers and Gus Mariotte. Albert Shelton Margason, nicknamed "Sunny Jim", was assinged as San Jose's first motorcylce riding traffic officer in June 1910.
