Photograph caption dated November 9, 1964 reads "Past unit commander Phil King, center, receives a trophy from Rear Adm. L. C. Coxe, right, as North Hollywood's Naval Reserve Seabee unit is honored for placing first locally and third nationally in naval competition. King then presented the award to Lt. Cmds. Ben Morris Jr., who now heads the unit."
