Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated April 24, 1963 partially reads, "After 33 years of coaching countless screen stars how to handle firearms for movie work, the Valley's Rodd Redwing admits he is up against one of his toughest assignments. Redwing, a full-blooded Chickasaw Indian is Hollywood's top marksman and gun-trick instructor. He is also a talented actor who spends much of his time putting on shooting exhibitions for hospitals and charitable organizations. His latest job for the Jerry Lewis comedy, 'Who's Minding The Store,' is to teach Valley actress Nancy Kulp how to behave like a firearms expert, do the manual of arms and twirl a rifle like a drum majorette's baton." Photograph caption reads, "Rodd Redwing demonstrates gun for actress. Nancy Kulp is learning how to handle weapon for movies."
