Photograph caption dated January 11, 1958 reads, "John W. Guth of Studio City is surrounded by his happy wife and nine children on his return from trip around world blindfolded. Guth made viewless flight as consequence for missing question on television program 'Truth or Consequences.' He visited 14 countries while on tour.
