Series of assemblies are being held as joint operation of city's Police Traffic Division, headed by Lt. Al Stariha; Council of Parents and Teachers, headed by Mrs. Robert E. Hiller, and Unified School District, under James C. Derrick chairman, Safety Committee Elementary Education Council. Project is for fourth grade students."
