"One of the first weddings in Fair Oaks took place on May 20, 1908, when Al Fowler and Edna Marshall (seen in the middle) married. Fowler, who arrived in Fair Oaks in 1902, worked as the foreman for the Fair Oaks Fruit Company's Olive Plant from 1913 to 1930."
