In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “Goal Setting, Planning, and Strategies.” He begins by describing how each company must set minimum and maximum objectives. He talks about the importance of having a specific concentration in business. He discusses the role of computers in the 1970s and forecasts their future uses. Drucker talks about the need for a long-term business plan. He ends the tape by describing how to determind the performance capacity of a company.
