Description
Proposition 69 kick off campaign activities. The two people on the right are Richard Nichols and Ginny Hagopian, Executive Director of the Billy DeFrank Center.

Both conditions would be placed on the list of reportable diseases and both would be subject to quarantine and isolation statutes. Written on verso of photograph: "Prop 69 Kick off campaign 1988; R to L Ginny Hagopian, Exec. Director Billy DeFrank Cntr, Rich Nichols registering voters."
