Fred Wilson was manager of the Red Star Laundry in San Jose, president of the Pacific Laundry & Cleaning Journal, and also president of the American Institute of Laundering. According to the donor, this is a photo of Wilson (with pocket handkerchief) at a conference in Chicago.
