Description: Former police officers accused of bombing Harry Raymond's car are shown in court with their attorney. Left to right, Capt. Kynette, Lieut. Fred A. Browne, and attorney Harry P. Bowman. Kynette, Browne, and Allen were charged with plotting to murder Raymond by blowing up his car on January 14, 1938.
