BH's copy of the reply to the USIA's circular requesting assistance with his film Eulogy to 5:02. The weather in Port-au-Prince on May 1st is reported, but the news sources forwarded to the USIA are not in the file. Accompanied by a May 3, 1965, memo from Ted Broecker asking for the most reliable French language paper recounting events in Port-au-Prince on May 1st since no English language papers were available.
