A photograph of all that remained of a two story reinforced concrete house just across the the way from Fr. Downs' house. It was said some thirty people lost their lives in this building. Adjoining this house there were a number of straw and wood shacks lived in by the poor and evidently many of these poor people went into this cement house for safety.
