Photograph caption dated September 27, 1978 reads "Lillian 'Heart of Hollywood' Gish." Gish is shown with an unidentified man, arriving at the West Coast premiere of "A Wedding," a Robert Altman film. Gish, one of the stars in the film, was honored with the "Heart of Hollywood" award.
