Photograph caption dated March 6, 1964 reads, "A dinner party at Black Bull Restaurant, Mission Hills, honored Mr. and Mrs. Victor J. Wacha Sr., above, of Chatsworth on their 40th wedding anniversary. Wacha announced his retirement from the service station business and that the couple will move to a new home in the Lockwood Valley in FraZier [sic] Park. They have resided in the Valley for 18 years. Attending the event were Messrs. and Mmes. Victor B. Bull, North Hollywood; Ray W. Duda, Toluca Lake; Charles R. Jones and Lloyd J. Thorson, Chatsworth; Mrs. Gladys Greene, Canoga Park; Mrs. Mabel Meyer, Chatsworth; James Meyer, Chatsworth, and Oscar M. Kizer, Woodland Hills."
