Handwritten report on printed form. Description of footage taken in London near the American Embassy at the time of President Kennedy's death with notes added by Bruce Herschensohn. A more detailed, typed explanation accompanies the Dope Sheet along with attached clippings reporting the lights in Piccadilly were tnrned off during the President's funeral in Washington.
