Description
Los Angeles City paramedics attend to an explosion victim at Ross department store. At least 23 people were injured when the explosion occurred, perhaps fueled by gas from an abandoned oil field, which was now located somewhere in the basement of the discount clothing store. Photograph dated March 31, 1985.
