Several farmers in the area are flying the range in sleek speedy airplanes, steering cattle back to pasture...Punching cattle from the air began when the ranch owners joined a national club known as the 'The Flying Farmers.' The club, organized five years ago...When not flying on meets with the club, the farmers fly over their ranch lands checking cattle and making certain farm hands aren't loafing on the job."
