Photograph caption dated April 21, 1960 reads "Seventh graders Tom Manley, 13, and Pat Phillips, 12, complete model of historic San Fernando Mission which they will enter in the first project fair at Olive Vista Junior High School. Student fair will be a feature event Tuesday night at the school's open house, beginning at 7:30 o'clock. Certificates of merit are to be awarded pupils whose projects are judged outstanding." The school is in Sylmar.
