X-119 On verso: This splendid palace is directly opposite the main entrance to the Exposition grounds from the city side and covers about six acres. It is devoted to exhibitions of the applied sciences which indicate the result of man's education and culture, illustrate his tastes and demonstrate his inventive genius.
