Retired Missionary Rigmor Madsen visiting Dongbei, China, 1986. Here she is at the old Dandong Church, built by Missionary Emil Jensen, 1915. (Maria Rigmor Madsen is daughter of the Missionary couple Nora and Christian M. Madsen, who worked at Harbin, 1912-28. She became a missionary nurse in China from 1948. However, after a short period all the missionaries had to leave the country. And Rigmor Madsen continued her service in South India and later Tanzania, until she retired in 1984).
