Photograph caption dated September 19, 1955 reads, "Participating at dedicatory ceremonies of Toluca Lake Community Church Youth Center and Sunday School Building are, from left, Ralph Head, chairman; John Selby, Sunday School superintendent; Rev. Douglas Harrell, pastor of church; Willard Maxhimer, scoutmaster of Troop 20; Emil Gran, chairman of board of trustees, and James A. Smith, retiring Sunday School superintendent. Stucco building has six rooms for more than 130 youngsters."
