Description
Photographic portrait of a woman holding an aircraft bomb, 1930-1940. The woman is seated on a wooden bench at center and is looking to the right. She is holding a large metal bomb that is rounded at left and has four tail fins at right. The bomb is painted in an alternating light and dark scheme. The woman is wearing a light blouse and dark skirt and has a scarf around her neck. There are several metal control boxes and pipes on the wall behind the woman.
