A small but vocal group of homosexual-rights advocates held a demonstration in front of the O.C. board of supervisors office to protest their rejection of an AIDS anti-discrimination ordinance. The demonstrators angrily confronted members from opposing groups who were on hand to counter-demonstrate. Photograph dated June 20, 1989.
