Pereira & Associates in 1961 and completed in 1963. 30 years later, the MWD moved their offices to another location and this structure sat vacant for almost 2 decades. In 2014, the tower building on the property reopened as The Elysian residential complex. Looking northwest across the intersection of Sunset Blvd. and Beaudry Avenue towards the Metropolitan Water District headquarters.
