Photograph caption dated November 18, 1958 reads, "Martin Pollard, left, Valley civic leader, presents his yearly $100 check to assist in production of Bethlehem Star Parade in Van Nuys. Accepting check on behalf of North Hollywood Ministerial Association is Rev. Adolph Kloth, association president. Contributions also aid churches in float construction projects. Some 35 Valley churches will enter floats in 10th annual event to be held Dec. 6."
