Description
A transcript from the Cesar Chavez and Richard Ybarra debriefing following a session with Peter Drucker. Chavez and Ybarra discuss leadership and the relationship between paid staff and volunteers. Chavez says that Drucker advised him that if decentralization is to occur, people will have to be made responsible and accountable. Ybarra and Chavez also discuss measurement and purpose within organizations, and the two missions of the organization. They go on to discuss what it means to be an industry leader, immigration, and politics. The transcript ends on page 26.
