Description: Image of a full-length portrait of Brazilian child prodigy musician Maurice Dengremont, as a young man, with his violin.
Probable date based on general printer and performer history; Thomas operated from 112 Fourth Avenue from around 1881 to 1883, and Dengremont toured the United States for the first time in 1881. "H.A. Thomas, Lith. Studio, 112 Fourth Ave. N.Y."--text, lower left. "Property of / A. Hoen & Co. / Baltimore, Md."--text, stamped in blue ink, lower left.
