Description: View of the Spring Street facade of Los Angeles City Hall, June 22, 1939. Associated architects were John C. Austin, John and Donald Parkinson, and Albert C. Martin. It is a Goodhuesque structure with classical detailing at the base and Ziggurat influenced crown.
