Photograph article dated January 13, 1964 reads, "Los Angeles County Supervisor Warren M. Dorn, right, presents check for $112,000 to Valley Councilman Ernani Bernardi, as county's share of payment for work to be done on Woodman Avenue between Victory Boulevard and Chandler Avenue in North Hollywood. Contribution comes from county's "aid to cities" budget for assistance in reconstruction of streets and building of new roadways."
