Photograph caption dated March 25, 1954 reads, "Gene Wilson of Woodruff's Barber Shop, North Hollywood, is roped by Bill Yeakel and branded with the North Hollywood Junior Chamber of Commerce bow tie by Bill Felts, while outfit's beaming top hand, Glenn Taylor, chalks up another member to rapidly growing organization. Open to young men from 21 to 35, N. H. Junior Chamber is currently in drive for '54 members in '54.' Membership chairman is Bill Felts."
