Image of a broadside advertising a farm to be auctioned in the county of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two-story farm house flanked by trees at center.
"Printed at the office of the Germantown Telegraph by P.R. Freas & Co."--text, bottom center margin. "Pursuant to an order of the Orphans' Court of the City and County of Philadelphia, will be sold at public sale, on Monday, The 9th day of December, 1839, at 1 o'clock, P. M. on the premises, a valuable small farm Late the Property of John Rapine, deceased... Conditions will be made known on the day of sale, by Davis Goshen, Attorney in fact for Philip Fie, Administrator. November 18, 1839."--text, center of image.
