Title supplied by cataloger. Started in 1969, Charles Whittingham Memorial Handicap was run at a distance of a mile and a half (12 furlongs) until 1987. Three race horses, from left to right, Flying Pidgeon, Dahar, and Strawberry Road, are seen competing the Charles Whittingham Memorial Handicap held annually at Hollywood Park in Inglewood. Flying Pidgeon and his rider Santiago Soto won the race. Photograph dated May 26, 1986.
