Description
Describes lease terms beginning January 1, 1940, ending December 31, 1940 for approximately five acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro east of Wilmington Avenue with a yearly rent of $125. Land is subject to survey adjustments and lease "shall not be recorded or offered for record." Document is signed by both lessor and lessee.
