Photograph caption dated March 7, 1958 reads, "Ross Figgins, seated, Valley Junior College associated men's president, plans Duke Ellington concert-dance 9 p.m. today at college. Assisting him are, from left, Patty Nelson, commissioner of publicity; Terry Shebanek, commissioner of activities, and Sherry Thomson, commissioner of social affairs. Tickets to concert-dance will be on sale at college bookstore and from members of Executive Council."
