Description
“Mwilambongo – Mission des Sœurs de Saint François de Sales. Le bon Maïs! Corbeilles vidées en farine puis mangé avec insectes at fourmis.” Three women with baskets of corn flour stand next to the missionary sister. Women holding long thick poles kneel on the ground around a mat containing the corn. Corn flour is combined with insects and ants and eaten. The name of the publisher “Ern. Thill, Bruxelles” is printed on the back of the postcard. There is no handwriting on the back.
