Photograph article dated March 15, 1965 partially reads, "The board of directors of COTA (Committee on the Arts) will sponsor their second annual COTAlon Ball March 27 at the Knollwood Country Club, 12024 Balboa Blvd., Granada Hills. Proceeds will support the various orchestra and choral concerts sponsored by COTA... COTA has been in existence for the past six years and was created to develop a new concept of civic music organizations' to develop musical and artistic talent from the North Valley community with a professional level of performance as its goal." Pictured are Mrs. Robert Schuster, decorations chairman at left, and Mrs. Jack Grubbs, ball chairman on the right, making the decorations that will adorn the Knollwood Country Club.
