Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker interviews Robert P. Buford for his audio book, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Strategies.” Buford begins by talking about the pastoral work in non-profit organizations. He says that the greatest resource a church can have are members as volunteers. He discusses the successes and failures of charismatic leaders and the dangers of too much success. He talks about his work with the Young Presidents Association. Buford describes the differences between business and service organizations. He ends the interview by explaining the importance of information sharing on all levels of management.
