Description
Connie and Peter begin the interview discussing the main character’s drunken hit-and-run accident in which he kills a young boy, and Peter talks about how the novel is a moral thriller in which the main character confronts a series of moral dilemmas. They proceed to discuss Peter’s concept of morality and how it informs the narrative’s plot, and his education and writing background, before talking about his decision to begin writing novels. Connie has Peter read a passage from the book, and they discuss Peter’s background and whether or not it seeps into the characters in the book, before moving on to Peter’s possible future works. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
