Description
"The new Wilson's Furniture store at 2333 Arden Way is completed and doing business, following the closure of their downtown store on April 12. The firm had been a downtown Sacramento landmark since 1912. The $300,000 facility has 30,000 square feet. Wilson's is renting it from owner-developer Melvin Olsen, under a lease arranged by real estate brokers William P. Masters and Del DuFrene. Wallace Alexander was the architect and Paul Edwards the general contractor. A formal opening is planned about April 20"
