Photograph of the front of a souvenir program published for the first auto show held in San Jose in 1909. A 50-car parade preceded the grand opening in the downtown Auditorium Rink. Thousands came over the next three nights, viewing $500,000 worth of automobiles while being serenaded with musical selections from Brohaska's Orchestra.
