This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Shows building, tents, men, women and children. Caption reads - "bounded by Dupont, Stockton, Sacramento & Clay Sts. Jacob Primer Leese came to Cal - from Ohio in 1833. American flag was hoisted at this celebration for the first time in San Francisco." V1p37b
