Vivian Duncan is one-half of the vaudeville duo, The Duncan Sisters who became popular in the 1920s with their act Topsy and Eva.
Photograph dated August 11, 1964 show vaudeville actress Vivian Duncan reading the sheet music of a song she composed as the ambassador of good will for the city of Sherman Oaks.
