Description
Photograph caption dated July 27, 1963 shows Judge Leila Bulgrin, comedian Gary Owens, and Larry Paulson reading contest entries and choosing the winner of the ValleyhOwens Contest in the private office of a courtroom. The winner was Elmer Pasta of Burbank, a 21-year-old Woodbury College student. The image was used in the ValleyhO column by Larry Paulson.
