The group is posed in front of an indistinguishable background, possibly a stage.
The women pictured in the top row, from left to right, are: Helen Kern, Florence Brown, Alice Heller, Helen Hunt, Dorothy Park, Dorothy Edouart, Thelma Harrison, Ruth Anshutz, Nathine Talbot, Wynela (?) Stead, Clytie Haskell, Mrs. Frank Smith, and Isabel Kleps. The women pictured in the second row, from left to right, are: Minne E. Dunker, Magdalena Wildasin, Grace Conn Copper, Geneviere Parker, Bonnie Hayes, Emma La Pierre, Marie Walters, Helen Long Snelling, and Frances Corpe. The women pictured in the third row, from left to right, are: Charlena Welch, Mrs. Blanche Collins, Mrs. Mae Gunther, Helen May Richardson, Mrs. Margaret Seavey, Norma Beauchamp, and Hope Taylor. The women pictured in the front row, from left to right, are: Eva Belle Johnson, Hildegarde Woodward, Lieurie Gardiner, Lavonia Somes, Agnes Wood (Director), Gertrude Mason, LaVerne Dages, and Mildred Hartshorn.
