Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 10, 1954 reads, "Elliott Long, of bridge department, inspects last of seven bridges constructed along three-mile strip that will be opened to traffic early in 1955. This 300-foot long span crosses Highway 6 and is distinctive because it has three levels. Highway engineers reported that 95 per cent of the bridge construction is completed and that 67 per cent of the contract time schedule has elapsed."
